Felicity Gibling

Felicity is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, founder member of the Association of Business Psychologists and member of the British Psychological Society and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. An experienced business psychologist with over 20 years’ experience, she has specialist knowledge in personal, career and leadership development, organisation and team development, assessment and selection, and coaching managers at all levels including Directors/CEOs. She has provided consultancy to a variety of sectors and organisations, including financial services, local authority, private sector and the police and prison service.

Felicity specialises in supporting clients to achieve their strategic goals, focusing on outcomes, through developing the potential and diversity of their people. She enjoys the challenges presented by working with global companies, helping them to modernise and strengthen their policies, practices and performance, to find innovative solutions and to grasp opportunities. At the same time, she has never lost her passion for one-to-one development, to which she brings a wealth of practical hands-on experience.  She is a passionate advocate of personal growth and change through coaching, helping people to define goals that will enhance personal, professional and organisational performance. Through the principles of psychology and honest feedback, she encourages managers to increase self-awareness, take responsiblity and to re-focus their perspective on authenticity, values and personal success, helping them to realise the full potential both of themselves and their teams.

Felicity never forgets that no matter how big an organisation becomes, it will always be made up  of a number of individuals each with their own personal histories, needs, aspirations and motivations. She finds that the skills of successful coaching – deep listening, caring, an open mind, challenge, questioning and a solutions-focussed approach – are also the principles that lead to success at organisational level.

Felicity has  a Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring with the CIPD and Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring. She is a registered and accredited practitioner of many psychometric ability and personality tests.
